Thank you for shopping with Wise Woman Club Inc. We are committed to providing high-quality digital resources and carefully curated products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • E-books

  • Digital guidebooks

  • Bible studies

  • Prayer collections

  • Printable resources

  • Digital journals

  • Digital downloads

  • Templates

  • Any other downloadable digital content

Please review each product description carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@wisewomanclub.ca, and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving the issue.


Physical Products

If you purchase a physical product from Wise Woman Club Inc., please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@wisewomanclub.ca.

To help us evaluate your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item

Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.


Returns

We do not accept returns for physical products unless they arrive damaged during shipping or an incorrect item has been sent.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery


Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved for an eligible physical product, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
